Michael Hooper is a Noria trainer in the Australian/New Zealand/Asia area. He is also an experienced technical author with writing experience in many different countries, industries and technologies. Michael has managed two oil analysis laboratories and set up numerous onsite (in-house) oil analysis labs for clients.
