About AA Inlube OÜ

AA Inlube is a dedicated service provider specialized in the dissemination of knowledge and best practice in the fields of lubrication, oil analysis and machine reliability and makes Noria’s trainings and services available to the industry in its territory – in 2010 AA Inlube was granted exclusive rights to provide Noria products and services by acting as its licensed partner in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Finland and The Baltic Countries.

AA Inlube’s team combines global experience and expertise, specialized skills and knowledge to provide a wide range of maintenance and reliability consulting services.

AA Inlube OÜ was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. A number of projects have been successfully carried out since then, all aimed to increase the reliability, the productivity and reduce costs.

Arno has a magister degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Belorussian National Technical University. He worked 4 years in Tallinn Technical University. Since 1996 started work for Mobil as Sales Representative in Belarus and from 1999 for Mobil/BP JV as Sales Promotion and CVL Manager in Baltic, Belarus and Kaliningrad. Since 2001 started work for BP as HD Manager Baltic Countries and District Manager Estonia.

Arno is a certified by ICML MLT I, MLA I, MLA II.
